Quanterra Financial provides remote bookkeeping and accounting to small businesses across the United States. Based in Bethesda, Maryland, we work with owners from coast to coast through QuickBooks Online, shared documents, and regular video calls.
Remote does not mean impersonal. Every client works directly with founder Romeo Traettino, a QuickBooks Gold ProAdvisor with more than ten years of accounting experience. You get the same attention as a client down the street, without the commute.
How remote bookkeeping works with Quanterra
We connect to your QuickBooks Online file and your bank and credit card feeds, categorize transactions as they come in, and reconcile every account at month end. You upload receipts and documents through a shared folder, and we handle the rest.
Each month you receive a clean profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, followed by a short call to walk through anything worth discussing. Questions between calls get a reply by email or phone, usually the same business day during Eastern hours.
All work is done in-house in the United States. There are no offshore teams, no outsourced data entry, and no AI processing your records. Your books are handled by the same person every month.
